What information do we process?

If you contact us by email, phone or the partner application form, we process the information you provide to respond, assess a partner application and follow up on a possible agreement. The application may include your name, company, CVR number, contact details and description of your hospitality relationships.

The partner form is technically provided by FormSubmit, which receives the form details and forwards them to Simply Solutions by email. Do not enter confidential information in the form. The website does not set analytics or marketing cookies.

Hosting and technical logs

Our hosting provider may process normal technical logs such as IP address, time, browser details and the requested address to deliver and protect the website. We do not use this information for profiling.

Retention and your rights

Enquiries are kept only while relevant to the conversation, an agreement or legal documentation. You may request access, correction or deletion and may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.

The Vertio product

This notice covers the marketing website. Guest and employee data in Vertio is governed separately by the customer agreement, data processing agreement and each customer's privacy information.
